Pierre is the former CEO of SARALUX S.A. (Luxembourg), Life Insurance Branch of SAFRA SARASIN BANK (Basel) – and co-founder & Chairman of WTG.

Physician Engineer (INSA Toulouse) + ESCPI Paris; former COO at GTE Corp. (Caracas), and Head of International Development with GSI (Paris); conducted major negotiations with Inbursa / Carso Group and Lazard Bank (Mexico), PDVSA (Venezuela).

Former CEO of SARALUX S.A., which became BRISTOL Assurances SA, one of Luxembourg's largest life insurance brokerage firms.

Pierre is a member of the IDI-EM Steering Committee (Emerging Market PE fund), co-founder and Chairman of WTG, Chairman of AVILA Capital and SELENIA Ltd in Mauritius (Hedge Funds with proprietary algorithms on the DJI).

He also owns an art gallery in Mauritius and is a member of the Cercle des Mécènes of IHES.

Eric Martin is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SELENIA, bringing over 12 years of experience in designing and managing sophisticated investment products for professional investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI).

Throughout his career, Eric has specialized in the creation and structuring of investment vehicles on liquid financial markets, including active trading mandates, all-quant strategies, and feeder funds. He oversees the full process from investment strategy definition to the launch and management of multi-cell fund structures in Mauritius.

With a strong quantitative background, he has also developed, tested, and validated portfolio management algorithms designed to enhance trading performance and optimize asset allocation.

Over the past decade, Eric has built a wide network of institutional partners — including banks, custodians, asset managers, prime brokers, fiduciaries, and distributors — playing a key role in the deployment and commercialization of high-performance investment solutions across international markets.

Ravish brings over 15 years of experience in investment operations, governance, and project strategy. He has held directorship roles in capital management and fiduciary firms, including positions at CEO and board level, with a proven track record in developing high-impact investment structures and cross-border partnerships.

Based in Mauritius, Ravish leads Aphrillis, a boutique consultancy and business facilitation platform that supports high-net-worth individuals in navigating strategic entry into the Mauritian ecosystem. He offers discreet, high-impact business facilitation, residency solutions, tailored for HNWI, family offices, and cross-border investors to architect resilient governance models and unlock long-term value in emerging markets.

He holds an MBA in Finance from IAE Poitiers (France), a Postgraduate Certificate in Corporate Governance, and is a member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors — known for championing independent thinking and long-term value creation in dynamic markets.
